Roasted Cauliflower and Garlic Soup Recipe

I liked the soup. As I usually do when I try a recipe for the first time, I followed the recipe “as is.” As I said, I liked it enough to make it again, but…chicken stock instead of water, less liquid in general, maybe an onion thrown in, perhaps a smidge of half-and-half or heavy cream, and definitely more spices (interchangeable depending on my mood…”heat,” or maybe a some thyme).
